In Tibetan lore the Buddha Samantabhadra (Father-Mother) is the Universal-Sage or the all good Bodhisattva. The Father-Mother are represented here in our logo by Shiva and Shakti (the divine union of male and female leading to all understanding and creativity) in a circular rainbow (In some Tibetan tangkas, the circular rainbow stands for the actual presence of Buddha Samantabhadra, the All-good)
